Option 1: Exclusive Raft Fly Fishing “Base - Mobile”
Description – Stay in a luxury or wilderness lodge and fish the area on foot and raft while fly fishing for the gold of South African rivers, the Largemouth and Smallmouth Yellowfish, Mudfish & Catfish. We transport you to the water and back daily if you specify so. There is also an option of staying at a lodge and camping next to the river the odd evening while doing night fishing. Depending on your choice. We use inflatable rafts to move between beats as well as walk in, drive in or fly in with a chopper (additional cost).
You can either fly to Upington airport and back or charter to our onsite landing strips at the put in or take out points. (We will collect you) You can also use your own transport to travel to our destinations.
This is a recommended package which consists of 4 nights stay at a luxury or wilderness lodge, inclusive of breakfast, and 3 full days fishing. It includes guiding, rafting, transport between lodge and water, lunch packs and water for the 3 days fishing at the river. Excludes flights, transport from airport to lodge and dinner & drinks at wherever you stay. Dinner and drinks can be done on arrangement at the water when late fishing is preferred.
We can do as many days as you like, but the minimum requirements are 4 nights and 3 full days fishing.
Option 2: Exclusive Wilderness Raft Fly Fishing
“Down River”
Description – Stay in a luxury or wilderness lodge and fish the area on foot and raft while fly fishing for the gold of South African rivers. Then drift down to a wilderness camp site inaccessible to vehicles or others for the second night. On the third day drift fish to the second lodge and stay over for the night.
How many nights you stay at a lodge or camp in the wilderness depends on your choice. i.e. {Two days fishing at first lodge, 1 night in wilderness and another two at the last lodge}. You can either fly to Upington airport and back or charter to our onsite landing strips at the put in or take out points. You can also use your own vehicle to travel to our destination.
It includes rafting, transport to and back from lodge, meals and water/refreshments for the 3 days fishing at the river. Excludes flights, transport from airport to lodge and dinner & drinks at lodges.
We can do as many days as you like, but the minimum requirements are 3/4 nights and 3 full days
This is a recommended package which consists of 2 nights stay at a luxury or wilderness lodge and two nights camping next to the river and 3 full days fishing.
Note; Discounted rates apply for more than 3 days fishing.

White water raft and fly fishing - Now for the first time as from November 2010 in South Africa in water that has not seen fishermen before. Professional white water and slow water rafting combined with professional fly fishing in The Lower Orange. Motorised or not. The fishing vessels have small outboards to make it easy for the anglers to concentrate on the fishing. Others can paddle or also use motorised vessels. So either a group of fly fishermen or friends and family can join fly fishermen along the river for a unforgettable experience. Also great for team building and or bonding excursions. On request! The guides and fishermen split up from the rest if they prefer and joint at intervals on request of the anglers. OR They all stay together if that’s what’s required by you. Great option during the flower season in Namaqualand to bring the family or a large group , move down river with all , serious fishermen a distance behind or ahead . All get out of the river and continuo to Namaqualand, Richtersveld, Namibia, Cape Town etc. R.......pppn –fishermen and R......pppn family or non fishermen in the group. (price on request)
